iPage offer a tempting package to the more basic user, more advanced users may struggle with the H-Sphere control panel interface especially if they are used to cPanel which most webmasters use to build and manager their website these days. This aside the tools and services offered inside the control panel do prove valuable, building webpages with their website builder is simple point and click editing and iPage also offer a large library of free scripts for more complicated sites like blogs and photo galleries. Down for two days because of their technical bug in Publishing

I signed up for the advertised teaser rate with "unlimited" bandwidth. It took me about 30mins to have to upgrade because I went beyond the 15 max products.
Then after spending more than 30 hours tweaking together a killer site - I published it and wham - their programming had a bug and my site is no longer avail. 15 hours later and they say it could be two days before I get it back.
Sorry but that is not what I call service.

They are top-notch and at a great price too! I had a rocky start and found myself on the phone with support, but it ended up being my fault and their tech support got it straightened away for me really quick. I would like to note their tech support was based right here in the US. My site is now up and I haven't had another reason to call, but if I did I can bet I would get more great support!
