Overview:
GoDaddy was founded in 1997 and was an instant success largely due to their famous super bowl commercials and high profile company mascots. GoDaddy offers both hosting and domain name registration at a low cost. 11 years on and GoDaddy now has the highest number of domain registrations in the world and their hosting customers aren't to far behind either.

Features:
All GoDaddy accounts include instant setup like Just Host, Google Webmaster Tools, free Adword credits and more. Their hosting services are designed to cater for everyone from personal users with low requirements to high end users needing huge amounts of disk space and bandwidth to run their websites and businesses.

Summary:
GoDaddy have good support and reasonable pricing however you may want to shop around first as GoDaddy's control panel isn't the easiest to use. Either way they must be doing something right being one of the biggest hosting companies in the US.  Read The Rest Of This Review

Go to other hosting servers to SAVE you TIME and MONEY. Go Daddy looks more like a wanna be production studio than an actual hosting service.

After a year of using this service, here's the basic run down:

- Bad Interface Functionality. It's absolutly cluttered with extraneous info
- Automatic check marks to trick you into buying more features
- Annoying advertisments of his blog/videos (who really cares)

I had an account with them for two years. I recieved a email notice that my credit card on file had expired; so, I click on the link in the email I recieved to update my credit card info. and entered my new card number and exp. date. One day I went online to show a client some of my work and my page was gone. I call godaddy to find out what was going on and all they could say was they were sorry; but I didnt click a button to confirm I wanted them to charge the new card I put on file. They would restore service with many different fee almost 500.00 worth. The company is a joke. I recommend you call them if you need to make any changes.

I've used GoDaddy for around 6 months now and it is well past time to change to another provider, but since I can't even log into on of my MySQL accounts I can't backup the current data to even transfer it! Almost every month I've had some sort of issue, even have things stop working and I don't make any changes and they blame it on what I did even though I didn't upload a single change! They say things are possible to do on their system, like sharing a session variable across subdomains on the same server, but nothing that I can find online will work to do it.

The downtime is unbearable, it happens so frequently. And, the tech response time to all of my concerns and questions has been taking way too long which has been delaying the release of my new website updated to the public.
