Host Clear became my 1st choice in web hosting services after reading the many positive reviews they had online. Their reviews seemed to be the most consistent in ratings. In exchange, I felt like they deserved another a positive review from myself after being proven that they truly do have great service. I'm the most impressed by their technical support. They're never too busy to help and provide you with comprehensive answers. I only have good words for Host Clear.

Host Clear support staff are super quick to respond, it seems their services are geared towards the more tech savvy consumer and email replies and conversations over the phone will occasionally go straight over my head. It would be nice to see them dumb it down a bit for people like me.
I am slowly working my way through it though and their help center is extremely helpful. I would still recommend Host Clear as a reseller host but be prepared to put in a few extra hours as it's not as easy as shared hosting.

When a friend recommended I host with Host Clear he did so because I had become thoroughly fed up with a deal with one of the biggest names in the business. I was sick of being treated as just a number and not a person, and completely at my wits end. Host Clear has been absolutely stunning – reliable, helpful, easy to use and quick to respond, and what’s more, I saved money on my other deal! This is what it should be about – a great service by a great company that does what you expect it to do – can we ask for more than that?

As one of the leading players in the hosting field I was drawn to Hostclear; I tend to stick with names that I know and this proved to be the right choice. After a couple of years of less than impressive service from a lesser known outfit it was a pleasant surprise to actually talk to people who were technically adept and not to have to rely on instinct and recorded messages. Not only that but the response times were lightning fast and kept me on line. This is a great service at a great price – highly recommended.
