HostMonster use the same support team as BlueHost their sister company however the two are run as different organizations. Hostmonster have a very simple sign up process which is always good, for those who don't want to go through a hundred steps just to order hosting.

HostMonster are another host offering the unlimited bandwidth and disk space, with a free domain and free setup also included. Other features include a free site builder and over 50 pre-installed scripts. They also offer some free ad credits to help with website marketing.
Summary:

After being with Yahoo for a year Host Monster has been a miracle to me. Host Monster has been a blessing to me and my sites. I have had minor issues with them but thats it. Their cpanel is so easy to use. They have awesome tech support. You can tell they really know what they are talking about. You pay a great price and get outstanding service.

Host Monster has been hosting my site since 2008 and i have had a wonderful experience. When i do have a question i fill out a ticket and they answer in a couple of hours. They never go 24 hours without answering your questions. Another great thing about Host Monster is that you can pay them yearly and they are so user friendly.

I am going on three years using host monster and i am 100% satisfied with their service. I am surprised with how good their tech support is. How they treat you with respect and don't have you waiting for hours on the phone like other hosting companies do. I have recommended host monster to alot of people and they are satisfied as i am.
