I like Web Hosting Buzz but like the rest of them the support is always the downfall of them. I haven't tried a couple of others mentioned on your site so I will be sure to try them out, if anyone knows of a good reseller service with good support please let me know!

I have used 3 other reseller services in the past 2 months, Web Hosting Buzz isn't bad and their support is certainly far better than most I have experienced however in terms of features you can get a lot more for less elsewhere. For example, Private Label Nameservers are an additional cost of $20 to setup, most companies will do this for free.
Much Downtime

I wasn't overly concerned when their servers went down the first time, I wasn't hosting any clients at that time and I was assured it was a one off. Confident in their services I began moving clients over, half way through and another black out. 2 hours later and the servers finally came back online, again I was assured that this was a one off. I didn't move any more across at that point, I am glad I didn't.. 2 days later there was more downtime, this time for 6 hours!
I would not recommend Web Hosting Buzz, their uptime guarantee is a lie.
