Fatcow is great EXCEPT for tech support

I only kept my account for a couple of months because getting a relevant answer from tech support was harrowing. The last issue I had was trying to report that two of my domains were down several times a day over a period of several days, up to 15 minutes at a time. I even attached an uptime report from BasicState showing the exact downtimes. It took THREE support tickets to get anyone to even understand what the issue was - one person advised me to "clear your browser cache". I had already had several frustrating experiences with support and that one finished me. When my sites are offline several times a day I don't have time to struggle with communication.
I moved to Hostmonster where the support has been fast and right on. Unfortunately, Hostmonster does not support catchall mailboxes, extremely inconvenient if you have a zillion email addresses, but the bright side is that this alone cuts down an enormous amount of spam, so it's a tradeoff I'm willing to make and once I create a mailbox for each address, forwarding most to one centrail mailbox, there will be no more work to it.

Their userfriendly control panel doesnt need an technical person to use. Its very easy to understand. So far nothing bad to say. Will recommend this service anytime.
