HostMonster use the same support team as BlueHost their sister company however the two are run as different organizations. Hostmonster have a very simple sign up process which is always good, for those who don't want to go through a hundred steps just to order hosting.

HostMonster are another host offering the unlimited bandwidth and disk space, with a free domain and free setup also included. Other features include a free site builder and over 50 pre-installed scripts. They also offer some free ad credits to help with website marketing.
Summary:

Host Monster is the best service in the business – without any doubt at all! I have been with them for almost two years now and have yet to experience a single problem. When I needed help setting up a site I found the technical staff to be pleasant and understanding and, what’s more, actually to know what they were on about, and the bandwidth and space I get each month is much more than adequate. When I told my friends I was struggling to find a decent hosting service, one I could rely on to do the job rather than simply make me promises they could not keep, a friend recommended Hostmonster. Not the cheapest service by any means, but the difference is minimal and what you get is excellent; more than adequate bandwidth and space allocation, a simple to use control panel, great staff who know what they are on about and get back to you straight away and a very decent monthly price. It’s a very good all round package that my friend was right about – let me recommend it to you.
