JustHost Review : justhost.com

I've been with JustHost for 3 weeks now and unfortunately had a few issues. I have already needed to contact their Support team 4 times! Admittedly all of them have been because I don�t know much about setting up a website, but keen to learn and work it out for myself.

I must say that all 4 times have been very good. They pointed me out to their tutorials page which has helped me answer even more questions that I would have had to call them up for.

I�m glad to see I�m not the only one that has had a good experience, so long may it continue.

I did a lot of research for a web host. After finding JustHost.com at the top of all the web sites I checked, and reading the reviews, I decided to go for it. As it happens, I had trouble (of my own doing) straight out of the shoot. Tech support was very patient with me and my limited knowledge of the issue at hand.

Tech response time was a little long at times, and it's tough when it's done via email (try to explain what was going on in an email is harder than you may think when the issue at hand is a bit complex). So my only con with this company so far is the fact I can't pick up the phone and talk to someone. For the cost and features I'm dealing with it.

Overall a great package!

I'm not exactly a computer whiz, so I was looking for a host with an easy to use control panel and a good price.

I read a few reviews on this site and decided to go with JustHost.com

What a pleasure, the signup process was easy and the control panel was just what I was looking for.

This hosting service is very impressive, they gave me my domain for free when I signed up and have since provided me with great uptime in the year I have been with them. Their support team have proved very helpful whenever I have had a question.

Just signed up so can't offer much input yet. But the person I initially spoke to on "Live Chat" answered my questions with compassion (for want of a better word) and convinced me I would be a fool to go elswhere. So far they are correct. Good vibes!

Im very happy with Just Host thus far. I was paying for 4 seperate hosting accounts with my previous host, but the JustHost team showed me how to host them all in one account. So I'm very glad that I decided to make the switch from GoDaddy, im now hosting 4 sites cheaper than I was paying to host 1 before.
