Don't try to leave

All the help in the world to sign you up, but don't try to cancel a hosting package. I have emailed and telephoned and you get passed from one group to another - round and round in circles. Also, charges tend to sneak up on you - they have your credit card details and unless you stop the in good time, they will take money even if you don't want to renew - you have to remember to tell them well in advance IF YOU CAN GET SOMEONE TO ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR REQUEST.
Poor Hosting provider

Tried to deploy a ASP.NET 3.5 website on Fasthosts - failed as provider does not support many features that I needed. Sales and Technical teams next to useless. Abandoned this hosting provider and wrote off the the money I'd spend on a 12 months contract - Money back promise also next to useless. Picked 1&1 and sucessfully deployed the site in a couple of hours. My recommendation is to stay well clear of FASThosts.

I'm a complete amateur when it comes to computer stuff so a friend of mine recommended FastHosts. It works well and they helped me with everything. The setup process was quick and easy. I'm glad FastHosts was recommended to me because it was hassle free. I never felt under supported.

The first time I needed the FastHosts technical service they were with me in an instant, and not only that, they actually knew what to do! I have a number of websites and, as a result, use a number of different hosts but will shortly be moving all my business to this well run and very efficient service with superb features and an easy to use set up procedure – I can recommend FastHosts to anyone who needs a great service that is a no nonsense all round deal.
